    Hi :j

It really is motivating to see it written down! I keep making graphs too...I love graphs :D

I have two whippets and at the moment we just do fun obedience (actually that should probably be fun "obedience", because it's a bit hit and miss with pointy hounds:rotfl:), however I'm hoping to start agility with one of them very soon. I used to compete in agility as a child handler and it was so much fun! What breed is yours? I bet he could eat a skinny whippet for breakfast daily if he's a giant :rotfl:

I've not heard of treiball, is it a bit like flyball? I'm off to find out more...

Good luck to you too; I have subscribed to your diary

Ooh I was a child handler in agility too. Treiball is like herding sheep but the dogs herd those big gym balls back. Looks like fun.

We have an Irish Wolfhound. Our last dog was a collie/whippet cross - those beautiful, sad, almond eyes. :)

    Debt (excluding mortgage) April 2012 - £29388, May 2012 - £25588.
    Emergency Fund £0 / £1000.
  • I will have to check out FB selling pages, didn't know about those! Thanks.

OK so I am totally hound-biased but I LOVE Irish Wolfhounds! So beautiful, graceful and gentle. What a fab choice of dog :D My whippets could do with a hint of collie in the obedience stakes

Treiball sounds hilarious! I might let the whips have a go in the living room :rotfl:

On a more MSE topic...I've made a graph of my debt since I started my mission. I love graphs (nerd) and I love seeing that red line go gradually down...

Unfortunately I can't post it yet as I'm a new user. Hopefully I'll reach the post limit soon to post my pretty graph :rotfl:

I was going to ask a question here about whether I should pay off 0% credit cards before saving, then I thought it might be better to post in the main section rather than my diary. If any of you have any advice on this it would be most gratefully received!

Added to my £900 per month expenditure is £270 per month to pay off the 0% cards before the deals end. This leaves me with £460 per month for groceries, all things fun or treaty and SAVING! (Maybe, if people tell me that's a good idea) :)

How many posts do I need to make before it will let me post links?

    Another graph lover here :rotfl:

Not sure when you are allowed to post links. Sorry.

You were asking about cd,s. I have sold about 4 boxes to M magpie and Zapper . Didn't get much but I didn't have time to list them on eBay or amazon, and I don't have Facebook so it wasn't an option. If you want to make a bit of extra cash quickly and you won't miss the CDs then it's worth doing , although it might be worth giving DFWs idea a try first.Had I known about Facebook selling pages at the time it's a route I would have tried. :D

  • It seems to be free listings weekend on Ebay so I'm listing the CDs one by one. Any that don't sell I'll try to get rid of with one of the other methods.

I'm doing the listings on my phone so it feels less like a chore. Ten listed so far, plus one Wii game. Must keep going!
  • 55 CDs listed! I'm all Ebayed out now.
  • wow you must have some patience to list that many! I'd take my hat off to you...if I had one! :D

  • It was an absolute mission, especially as I used all my own photos rather than the stock ones. I bet most of them don't sell either!
