Company income protection scheme and effect on ESA - advice please!

Please remind me - had you appealed to be put into the Support Group rather than WRAG?
In some circumstances, it is possible to get another year of contributory ESA if you have paid enough NI in the previous 2 tax years. This might apply to you if you were working up until recently.0 -
Sorry - this appeal is for DLA not ESA. No doubt i'll have one for ESA at some point too
The only thing i can think to do is to see my GP and ask him to write another report -he did one for my first claim for DLA in 2010, and i got it first time, but was unable to write one for this reclaim as he was off sick for several months himself. However, this needs to be with the DWP within 2 weeks of the date of their decision (16th July) and i cannot get an appointment to see him til 26th so it leaves it a bit tight to get there unless he does it straight away and royal mail deliver it the next day.
My mum has said that she wants to write to them but i don't know if this will help or not.
To be honest i'm really angry and upset at the moment and not sure i can be bothered to continue with the appeal, all this stress certainly isn't helping my symptoms!:(Smoke free since 30/01/13 :j0 -

Yes, I think you should get the doctor to write to them. I think you need to get a message to the doctor to say that you need to see him urgently and that it can't wait until the 26th.0 -
