No payment taken, yet!
Last year my other half bought a bundle deal from Mobile.co.uk, however he has never activated the sim and as my contract has just come to an end he said i could have it, then we realised that he has never had any money debited for it, we have looked through the very poor paperwork he got and i have tried to call the company who do not pick the phone up, to see what the terms and conditions are.
It would be cheaper for me to do a new sim only deal then activate his old card, not sure if they will just take the money in 2 years time or something.
Any advise or thought would be very helpful.
Thanks

[STRIKE]"Half bought"[/STRIKE] and "bundle deal" terms you use are absolutely unclear and even if the sim did need activation, this doesn't mean that the (likely) contract didn't start without activation. I think your OH has to find out what is going on with his contract.0

Sorry, my error!
What i am trying to say is he got a new phone,hp touchpad and a sim card and he still has not had any money debited from his account. Have tried to ring the company and it just goes to ansaphone.
Not sure if by activating the sim the payments will start kicking in or after a period of time they take a huge one off payment.0 -
Not the first time CPW clones have done this (happened to me at least twice). I held my peace and nothing happened. It worked out in my favour in various ways. It's highly unlikely an organisation as incpmpetent as CPW will notice after so long. In any case, if the sim wasn't connected you can't be charged for a bundle you never received. The most they could do is ask for the phone back.0
