unfortunatly i paid the fine because i was told i would have to pay £90.00 but i stated it was under protest but i still want to report them if possible to highlight the fact there road markings do not comply with every day driving which in my belief is confusing to drivers especialy when they are fining people
Oh dear. Game over. It was a scam and no-one will be interested I suspect. You could try Trading Standards.
And next time a private firm invoices you for money, at least Google the company name first...you would have seen it was not a fine, but a scam.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes, unlucky, compo, shame you didn't check us out BEFORE you parted with your cash, but there we are, I hope you are wiser now.
NEVER, EVER, pay any money to a private parking company NO MATTER WHAT the reason.
You will know next time; but, what you can do is to put all of your family and friends wise on this, so that no-one will make the same mistake you did.0 -
Manxred and Tilt told you to ignore after your last post, so I'm not sure why you ignored them.0

I would have ignored it had i come onto this site before but in haste i paid it but never again, i just dont get it how these companys can display wrong road markings confuse drivers and be rewarded for it via fining people im so annoyed and i would love to get one up on them, when you ring them up all you get is put it in writing but never get a reply are they just playing exspensive games with us .0

That is exactly what they are doing. All of it is just a way of extracting money from unsuspecting drivers. Now that you realise it, tell everyone you know.0
