HELP NEEDED Hayes And Jarvis/Dreams Punta cana Complaint

I wonder if anyone can help me, we recently booked our wedding through Hayes and Jarvis @ Dreams Punta Cana Dominican. to cut along story short the whole thing was a disaster and big disapointment with lots of issues at resort, Our main problem apart from that is we have been back 5months and still have not recieved no Wedding certificate to date and our Birth certificates have still not been returned. so 5 Months on we are still not legally married in UK untill we recieve certificate to send to embasy.

We have emailed H&J numerous times everytime our complaint is replied to with a standard reply of no use to anyone and it doesnt address our concerns, each time we respond with a further complaint and just recieve the same reply stating we will be contacted within 28days and then suprise suprise usually about 35 days later we recieve the same standard reply as before.

I have tried calling Hayes & Jarvis and they refuse to let me speak to anyone and tell me to email.

I have emailed and called the resort (Dreams) numerous times over the documents and get told they are being posted each time to no avail.

I wonder has experienced problems with Hayes & Jarvis or Dreams Punta Cana?? and if anyone can suggest any ideas of the best way to proceed as i am getting no where.

    If they are ABTA members go to the ABTA website to see how to complain via them.
