Nectar points are offering 50% off on cds this week (up to 12th April) - the terms and conditions on site state that I will be charged 50% of the normal points (ie 800 for CD's normally costing 1,600 points). However on completing the purchase the full amounyt is charged.

I rang nectar to complain and they claim that the offer is subject to availability - yet there is no flag on the purchasing site to say that the offer is not now available. Nectar are then refusing to cancel the order or honour the original offer
