Excellent, 13 free cds. Have been saving my points since Adams points changed, cos feel ripped off only getting half face value in other stores. Some Xmas pressies for OH sorted.

Is anyone having trouble this morning? I got a CD in my basket and when i try to checkout it wont go past step 1.

Actually, just thought. I signed up to something with them to just let you have points at xmas i think. That must be what is stopping it. I cant see anything about it in my account though. Gutted really wanted Kaiser Chiefs for ages but couldn't afford it.

Just some additional info - If you don't see the CD you want, do a search for it, once found, even if it doesn't give a reduced points 'cost' (as it didn't for me) select it anyway and it will probably then show the reduced cost (as it did for me!). Joss Stone, Mika, and NOW66 all for 3000 points! Great!

Just did a search for the ones I wanted - they came up without a reduction. Clicked on them anyway and they were half price. OH will be so happy.

anyone else having problems ordering cds?

i get right up until the last page - then it says 'sorry we were unable......'

is this because the particular cd is sold out or something else?

This is driving me mad. As soon as I log in, I can't go anywhere else. Every tab I click on just leaves me at the 'my account' page. It won't do anything else. Help! And the bloomin helpline doesn't open til 9 on a Saturday. Aaaargh.

Thanks for the notification Martin. I've had a few points lurking for a while now which didn't seem worth bothering with but I've just got two CDs so am now a happy little (easter) bunny:D

Same here. I tried ordering 3 cd's and it waited until I had filled in all my details then said it can fulfull my request. WHY? Out of stock? Fault on page? Just doesn't like me?
AHHHH! Sometimes I hate online ordering!

I'm not even getting that far. As soon as I log in - just 'my account' page with a blank middle which won't let me go anywhere else. Great idea martin, but I may lose my mind as a result - or throw the computer out of the window.................. Am I actually doing something wrong?
