Sometimes babies can spoil a perfectly decent luncheon.

I lunched with some friends today in the City. We went to quite an expensive restaurant, not the sort of place where people take children.

Unfortunately two ladies arrived with babies, and one of the babies was in a terrible mood, relentless crying.

None of us knew what to say, my party looked to me for advice as I have experience running breast feeding courses for mummies, but even I didnt know how to deal with it :(

Yeah, they would certainly put me off my dinner.... i'd want a cuddle and coo at them. Why eat when you can cuddle a restless baby for free?

You could have given the baby a psychic reading.

Funny how both the baby and the tit in the story both point back to Tod

Who's Diane? Is she one of your work colleagues?

What a shame your posh expensive lunch was ruined by a screaming baby. You should have complained to the manager, maybe they will ban babies. And mums. And anyone who talks to loudly.
I have had many Light Bulb Moments. The trouble is someone keeps turning the bulb off :o

Maybe you could have asked your butler to 'hush' them?

Or next time, just hire out the entire resturant?
The opposite of what you know...is also true
