i can see that rooms are sun to sun but AI isnt as we only there on mon and it is suposedly ends on sun midday0

Did you book online? If so, what is the hotel/ website? I agree with the others that it is convention for the hotel to be booked from the night before, and for the AI element to have a cut off time, but it is impossible to give a definitive answer without more information.0

If it was B & B, it would be Sunday to 12noon Sunday, same for HB, FB and AI. The hotel has lots of visitors every week, all on different flights from all over Europe, it would be impossible to manage their hotel on the basis that you suggest, so they don't.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0

Unfortunately, you're stuck with what you've got unless you ring them up and take it up with them.
You're not going to lose anything from arguing your case, but I doubt you'll have much luck.
