Television Bracket

Do you want a TV bracket at a reasonable price with good customer service. Then DO NOT use 123 brackets (or bracketsrus and tvbrackets4u, they are the same company):mad::mad:

I am on the point of taking them to the small claims court.

Their websites state that they have brackets in stock ready for dispatch.

They supply any old bracket that is cheaper and nothing like the bracket ordered. When a complaint is sent they claim it is a "higher quality" bracket of the same specification. They then proceed to misrepresent their goods ( I do not think I am allowed to say Lie) and run you in circles.

Eventually they accept that the rejected goods should be sent back and provide a label. They confirm that the rejected goods have been received and they then do not refund or replace, even when they eventually promise to.

Google search ‘"any of the above company names" review’, you will find legions of people with the same problems.

These are cowboy companies that have absolutely no qualms about ripping you off.

DO NOT USE THESE COMPANIES.

I have used bracketsrus in the past 4 times in all and i have never had a problem, no company can satisfy every customer, and this is not the right place to shout about it!!

Why not? Maybe not on the correct forum but most widely read my members. I dont see the problem as long as it alerts others.

The reason is that it's a grabbit forum, it's not grabbit and warnings.
Saying it is the most widely read is utterly irrelevant, if people *choose* not to read the other boards on here, their loss.
People would definitely stop using grabbit if it was overwhelmed by whinging about things, that's why there's a praise vent and warnings board. Where do you draw the line - is something political that affects everyone fair game in your eyes to be posted on the grabbit board ?
If people stop using it, MSE income drops. Pretty straightforward.
