Quick question regarding DD payment schedule

in Water bills
Ive just received my first 6month bill from Severn Trent Water, for £160ish.
3-4months ago i setup a direct debit/payment schedule to spread the payments, but the account was(and still is) taking 0.77p as a monthly payment. This is obviously not going to touch the bill, and i assume it would have flagged up as needing changing (much like british gas DDs do), but it hasnt. Ive again today paid 0.77p, a month after the bill was issued.
How do i change this/get it changed? Will Severn Trent change it from their end? I see no way of doing it online.
Regards

You should ring them and ask for the payments to be set to the correct amount. It sound like an error as to why they set it so low.
I would excpect that they only check you DD once a year and so you could find yourself quite behind and so have to make double payments next year to clear the balance.0 -
Just rung up and theyve changed the rate to £18 per month, hoping that covers me now.
