    Thanks for clarifying DIY. I am a pretty lazy person. But not when i see an oppertuninty to get back over 2k for some letters! And i am often one of those people who " misses the boat" on a number of things that involves an easy buck, just down to my lazyness. So on this occasion I have done something.

    Believe me i will be very annoyed if in a few months time if banks start paying out off there own back,

    Well if they do, - and imo they should due to the unlawful nature of the charges - then that really will have to include everyone. I can't see the banks wanting discrimination added to the list of complaints aginst them.
    As for yourself and all the others like you, you will I'm sure just be happy to have been a part of the bank charge revolution that enabled everyone, even the lazy so-and-so's to get their money back, and they in turn will I'm sure be equally grateful to you for having saved them a whole lot of hassle!
