Is it just me or has anyone else lost Vodaphone connection this morning? I successfully sent a text at about 8.50am this morning but, since then, phone keeps telling me no service so no texts, emails or phonecalls.

Cheers, Birdy

Check your postcode on the Vodafone forum Faults board

You're not likely to get much information but you can at least see if they are aware of it. You'll also probably know that you've got service back well before the fault is updated as fixed.

Depending on how long your service is out for in the end you should definitely ask them what the problem was. I received a £10 bill credit (completely unexpected tbh) when I emailed 3 to enquire about why my service had been out for 12 hours.

    Hi Birdy12,

    Agrinnall is absolutely correct here.

We add all known network issues to our eForum Faults Board and update them as soon as they are resolved.

If your area isn't logged there, follow the troubleshooting guide here.
