This was Noddle's reply to an e-mail I sent them. Lisyloo's post is correct.

Your Noddle credit report is refreshed every 30 days so any changes and updates that take place in the interim period will be reflected in your next monthly update. Also, it is important to understand that your credit report is not updated on a strictly monthly basis; rather it is refreshed for a 30 day period from the date at which you access your account after the previous 30 day period. For example:

Day 1: login for first time and your new credit report is generated.

Day 2-29: login at any point and the same credit report is shown.

Day 30+: login and your credit report is updated, your new report is shown.

This date (For example a week after the 30 days, so day 37) then becomes Day 1.

It’s worth noting that, even if your Noddle report hasn’t been refreshed the main database will be updated as soon as we’re made aware of any changes. Therefore, if any searches are made on your file, lenders will see the most up to date information we have.

It's OK to log in every day if you want to. You just don't get a refreshed report until 30 days after 'day one' as described above.

I don't want to log in just yet as it'll be probably be updated with end of Mar info.
If I wait a day or two it will be April info.
So I don't want the refreshed report.....not yet.
I want to reset day 1 to be after the Noddle monthly update.

My wife's Noddle data says she's not on the electoral roll. But she has been for (gulp) 32 years. :( She's let Noddle know and got a standard message back saying they're looking into it.
The automatic response said she should get a note from the council confirming she's on the list and e-mail it to Noddle.

The snailmail response said Noddle have added her electoral roll information but as she has changed her opt-in/opt-out preference [she hasn't] the Noddle record will only show from 10/2002.

Stability is important. She has 'lost' 20 years but still has 10 years showing, so 10 years are better than none. But it's still annoying.
