Noddle - report not updating

I joined Noddle a few months ago now so I could have an idea of what my report looked like as I built up some credit history.

I have just signed in now out of curiosity to see what's what, like whether my mobile phone contract has appeared, and found that it hasn't updated at all since the 29th February! That's a bit more than the month specified (several times) in their FAQ.

Has anyone else experienced this, or should I dig deeper.

On the front page it tell you the exact date and time of the report, is that changing?

If it is not changing it would also mean it is your mobile phone company not updating Callcredit (Noddle).

If it is still on the 29th Feb I would get in contact with them as mine updates once a month, on roughly the same day.

and found that it hasn't updated at all since the 29th February!

Did you actually get a new report?
It sounds like you are looking at the old one.

You need to get a new report but my advice is to wait a week.
If you get it today you may very well get 29th March updates.
Wait a few days (or a week) to get 29th April updates.
You can only get one per month, so if you are too early you will have to wait another month - so I'd give it at least a day or two.

    thanks for getting back.

The last logged on date, at the top, is correct (yesterday).

If I go into "My Credit Report" and then Financial Account Information, the two accounts there - one credit card and a bank account overdraft - show last updated 29th February. Both say "up to date" and have all the green dots next to them.

The Electoral Roll page also still shows no record, and I have been on for at least two months now.

Maybe that's the problem - I am not aware of how to get a new report, I just thought logging in was enough. How do I go about that refreshing it?

What is the "Date of report" date on the Right hand side of the page (3rd item down) under "My credit report".
How do I go about that refreshing it?
I believe you are possibly in the same position as me.
The report will automatically update (when you look) but ONLY when you are due one i.e. the time since the last one is more than one month (you are only entitled to one per month).
I am guessing your report date (like mine) is something like 2nd April, so one is not due yet.
That was too soon to pick up March 29th updates.
You will not be able to get a new report until 2nd May if it's shows 2nd April.
But I recommend you leave it longer, because on 2nd May you'll probably get 29th March info, whereas if you leave it a bit longer you'll get 29th April and another months worth of info.
So try to "reset" your monthly retrieval to a bit later.
This means leaving Noddle alone because it gets the report automatically, so if you look on 2nd May it will update whether you want it or not, so stay logged out until you want it.
I don't know how many days, but if you can leave it till next week then that should be late enough.

    Does that make sense?

Date of report is April 3 2012.

What you say makes sense then I guess. I'll try logging in a bit later then.

Does it try to give you a new report every time you log in then, and if you log in too soon for the update, you don't get one until next time it refreshes?

Yes you won't get your new report until BOTH - it's one month after the last one AND you've gone to look (not sure exactly if that's logging in or going to look at the report).

On 2nd April I got 29th Feb data not March, sounds like you got the same on 3rd April too.

Interesting... so me logging in at the wrong time has scuppered my chances of getting a report then for another month, or so?

I guess i'll leave it a few months... kind of misleading how they say your data is made up to date every 30 days!

Well yes, but it's a month from 2nd April which is almost one month ago now.

    Why?
The data is updated every 30 days.
It's just unfortunate that the update occurs slightly after when you got your report (same happened to me).
All that is required is a short delay.

That's nothing. My wife's Noddle data says she's not on the electoral roll. But she has been for (gulp) 32 years. :( She's let Noddle know and got a standard message back saying they're looking into it.

You could try getting reports from the other agencies for £2- or free if you sign up and remember to cancel the direct debit.
