    Xmas Saver!
Hi everyone will catch up tomorrow, Ive been really busy getting the flat ready for a viewing tomorrow. (possibly moving!) :)
Could I ask everyone to please sign this petition http://www.pop-campaign.co.uk/ to ban glass bottles from late night city centre pubs and clubs. Only takes a few minutes and this amazing lady who sadly lost her husband needs only 2000 more signatures so she has 100,000 to take to London tomorrow! http://www.facebook.com/#!/bottlestopnow?fref=ts Thanks. :)

Signed and linked to my fb page.

Oh I'm so jealous of you people that have finished :(. I know I will get there but have so many people to buy for I'm feeling a little worried . I have made some sweet tomato and apple chutney today to go,in dads cheese and wine hamper and I'm also going to make some chilli crackers to go in there too . Apart from the cheese ( various types) and wine can anyone think of anything else to go in ? :undecided

It would have to be a last minute buy, but how about grapes.

I don't eat cheese, so I may be imagining cheese and grapes, but I am sure they go together.

Cheese & Christmas cake go together so maybe a small Christmas cake.

    Part of the Furniture
OMO Miss Linky I love it. But get some sleep zzzzzzzzz
If you are awake let me tell you where there's a will there's a way. Who'd have thought DH and I would have been able to afford our tickets to Oz? I still can't believe we have. I have ebayed everything I can think of, bagged up wardrobes full of unwanted clothes - cash for clothes, cashed in our change jars, even sold some broken/unwanted gold and wooo hooo we've managed it :) You will too:)

Msgigglewick I love love love your reindeer. You are so talented.

And yet again my heart is warmed by the kindness of people on this thread look at all the effort people have put in looking for the Santa set:) I too will be keeping my eyes peeled!

Petition signed fingers crossed they listen to common sense!
    The secret of Christmas
It's not the things you do at Christmastime
But the Christmas things you do

I have ten pages to catch up on!!!!!
Just wanted to pop by and let you know i gave birth to a little boy last wednesday (17th), 7lb 1.5oz, both well and getting back into the swing of things..........now back to Christmas

    Congratulations!:D

Hello to all the new fellow christmas crackers! (and the old one's too )

I've been a bit absent the past few days, thanks to yet another medication adjustment I've been completely zoned out and so, so tired I couldn't even tell you where the past few days have gone!

I've just caught up on the past 16 pages I've missed and am now feeling much happier though!
I know everyone keeps saying it , but this thread really is so lovely. It brings a smile to my face every time I read it.

I'm going to check the bank balance tomorrow and providing it's viable buy a bottle of cheap vodka and have a go and making a flavoured one for my uncle .I always have werthers in the cupboard anyway so they'll be no extra cost there, so I'm going to give that one a go. It seem's simple enough

I really want to have a go at making the candy cane vodka though! Has anyone else tried that one?
All i've seen are pictures and the off comment here and there but no actual instruction on how to make it or what flavoured candy canes people are using.
I do really want to give it a go though, so if anyone has any more info on it, I'd be really grateful of it :)
    Having a coke with you
is even more fun than going to San Sebastian, Irun, Hendaye, Biarritz, Bayonne
or being sick to my stomach on the Travesera de Gracia in Barcelona
