Maybe worth checking if you have one near to you? Sounds like a lovely idea to me I'm sure she'll love it!
I bought strawberry candy canes from asda yesterday - a few seem to have walked into my mouth with no help from me lol

I am like that, I'm too soft. Hubby, on the other hand plays to win, every time......he is a worse loser than the kids :rotfl:
oh i feel your pain! my hubby is Chief Gekko, can't even owe him £5 until you pass Go! there was a regrettable incident at a 1 year olds birthday party many years ago involving musical chairs and Chief Gekko! ... DD under one arm and an expression of 'you won't beat me even if you are 1!':D:rotfl:0 -

Also I know I am way behind on this, but if anyone is kind enough to explain to me what snowman soup is, I know it will be in this forum somewhere but we all know how many pages there are. Is it basically a hot choc with sweets in a nice mug? Because it all sounds so exciting and would love to make some but I don't to miss some key ingredients.

Gorgeous, my DS Blake is a thumb sucker too although he is 4 next month! How do we get them to stop lol
my DS always sucked his thumb although DD never did, hes 12 now and ive noticed he occasionally still does it when he's dropping off to sleep, but just stopped by himself when he was about 4 - it never effected his teeth as he seemed to only do it to go to sleep, one good thing he always learned to go to sleep by himself, although i guess not so good if you are trying to get them to stop! he always had the tools to sooth himself to sleep - my best friend is a midwife and she told me not to worry about it, he would stop in his own time and he did, so hopefully Blake will tooam sure somebody will have a great idea about getting him to stop
edit, actually - as he's almost 4, how about a star chart each time he notices and stops? or you have a key word you use when he starts to help him stop (he probably doesnt realise hes doing it) and each time he stops he gets a sticker, leading to a treat?0 -
Doh I am so forgetful.
Our 99p store had a Christmas melamine sets in yesterday.
For 99p you can get either -
1 Tray
1 Platter
1 Sectioned server
4 plates
4 side plates
4 Bowls
3 Oval bowls
It is exactly the same as their summer picnic range ( for these who have seen it), only with Santa on.0
