Lil Choc, don't worry, I had a letter fro these clowns back in Feb as well. It was my first ever and was just as concerned as you are. I made the mistake of writing to them BUT, since my last letter (explaining that as the RK I wasn't liable but offering to pay the actual cost of my overstay had I bought a ticket, which I thought was fair) I haven't heard a dicky bird from them. Don't lose sleep over it.

Thanks.
It was my 'creative' parking they were trying to do me for!
(it was a colleague I blocked in, but I called her first and she was fine with it)0 -
If it was a work car park I would suggest you collect the asinine letters and show them to the Boss and ask why they have these cowboys in the car park. Too often, they don't realise just what parasites they have brought in.0

If you have had the standard robotic reduction letter that will be the end of it
it was for me :money:go and climb up the wall cp plus and DRP lol PPCs say its carpark management, BPA say its raising standards..... we all know its just about raking in the revenue. :eek:0 -
The list of CCJs on their website are either:
1 - Completely made up, (was it Perky whom used footballers and the club they played for?)
2 - CCJs acquired though other means, not via private parking (if the debt collectors does work on the side for other companies whom have real debts)
3 - Defaults from putting the wrong address in the field.0 -
I've had my first letter from them today (£80 wanted).
I got the ticket in April, I did pay and display at the time but apparently I still parked where I shouldn't have (in a space in a car park at a hospital).
Soved it all in the drawer for posterity. It does niggle though, and DVLA are annoying, selling our details on to these companies.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Old style MoneySaving boards.

Got my first letter from Debt Recovery Plus today.

I think if the stuff on here's right, I've got 2 more letters to come.

As I say above, CP Plus (and the oddly similarly named DR Plus) may be as morally bankrupt as any PPC, but at least they know that enough victims pay up and that exposing their unlawful actions to unwanted legal scrutiny is the last thing they need. The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.
