CP Plus letter received

Hi all,
I posted in February when I got a 'ticket'in the work car park (a friend and I double parked which only affected us -we both had permits on display) and I ignored it.
I've just had my first letter. I've looked at the ones loaded and it doesn't exactly match any of them - it has CP Plus at the top but then further down says its from Parking Collection Services Ltd.
It says I'm the registered keeper and I've not paid and £80 is due 'to avoid further action being taken'.
Do I just keep ignoring these?
What is the worst case scenario - has anyone been taken to court? and charged lots ? I'm wondering if I should just have paid the £15 when I had the chance.... :undecided
Thanks

Maybe, but it's not a real fine.
I think PCS are just part of Debt Recovery Plus. Have another look at the letter-chains sticky thread for any PPC which uses Debt Recovery Plus. You should find 'your' template letter.
Carry on ignoring it all.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Do NOT worry about cp plus, just treat them as you would scamming spam emails from nigeria saying you have won the lotto so send us your bank account details so we can pay you the cash. :money::money::money:PPCs say its carpark management, BPA say its raising standards..... we all know its just about raking in the revenue. :eek:0

Thanks - have you guys had these letters too? Was it all ok?0

The "further action" will just be some more lovely letters, maybe even a phone-call from their pet debt collectors
Just think, if they thought they had a winnable case they would have gone to court by now.0 -
1000% ok after the 6th begging letter there GONE the poor ghoons
