hi in the beginning of march i decided to sell my old iphone and did so using iphonerecycle.co.uk, all was well i sent off my phone and 2 days later was told they had recieved it and i would get the full amount of which i had been quoted (£105), as i had opted for bacs payment it should have been there within 5 working days. After 10 working days i had not recieved the money therefore emailed the company, they said they had sent the payment and checked wiyth me my bank details, apparently i had entred the wrong sort code by 1 number and the bank would chase the payment and see if where the money had gone. on the 11 april i emailed to see if they had found anything as this had been 3 weeks ago, they said no the bank was still dealing with it, on the 20th i emailed again and did not get a responce, last week i searched the sort code they thought i had entered and it was not an account and therefore the money should have bounced back to them. i emailed them informing them that the sort code did not exsist. they responded by saying they new this but the money still had not bounced back to them and therefore once it had they would let me know.
how long does money normaly take to bounce back? this has been going on for 7 weeks surely it should have bounced back and as the account doesnt exsist, the company is gaurented to get back to them shouldnt they pay the customer?
sorry for long post and any sps/ typos xx

No more than 3 days according to http://uk.answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20071101064057AABxprv
I wouldn't be surprised if in fact you entered the sort code correctly. Such companies like to give their customers run-around and do this professionally.0
