I mite be wrong and probably am but i head somewhere (cant remember where) that there is a site which gives you 1p for every bid you place on ebay, therefore it would seem logical that if someone wanted to make a few quid this would be the way to do it.
Im probably wrong though!
happy easter everyone,

Could you, by any chance, recall the address of the site?0

Hmmmmm, very suspicious. I HATE auction sniping with a passion (if that's what it's called). I spent three hours the other day trying to get a digital camera for my Mum's birthday, and it became like a war, trying to get my bids in at the right time, then people cutting me out at the last second."It was not my intention to do this in front of you. For that, I'm sorry. But you can take my word for it, your mother had it comin'."

Yeah but that is the whole point of an eBay auction :rolleyes:Luis wrote:Hmmmmm, very suspicious. I HATE auction sniping with a passion (if that's what it's called). I know it's the point, but to a certain extent. I was watching some people who were boosting the prices of things well over their true worth. It's just very frustrating is all.
D*mn you and your logical replies :rotfl:"It was not my intention to do this in front of you. For that, I'm sorry. But you can take my word for it, your mother had it comin'."

LOL! :rotfl:Luis wrote:D*mn you and your logical replies :rotfl:
That made me giggle. Seriously though, I do know what you mean, but not much can be done about it I guess.
I guess you could try "bid bombing" the auction yourself, so that no one can actually open the bid page as it takes too long to load! haha
PS If "bid bombing" becomes a used phrase on MSE, I'm taking the credit 4 it!

I just love snapping up those auctions in their final seconds (and no I don't use any sniping programme)
