Santander new ISA

Hi
I recently transferred my ISA from Halifax to Santander, which the funds have now been transferred. I went online on Santander to see how easy it would be to transfer some cash back to my main bank account with Halifax (not that I need to... just checking).
However, on the Santander website, whenever I select the option to pay someone or add a new payee, it states that I do not have a "valid product" for this request.
Anyone know what's going on?
Thanks

You can't move money to a non-Santander account online. Below is from the Santander website:
"Withdrawals can be made over the telephone, via Internet Banking or at a cash machine at any time.
Cash ISA transfers out are allowed at any time.
Money can be moved between Santander accounts via Internet Banking. Money can be moved to a non-Santander account via telephone and post"

Or you could just phone them up when you want to withdraw?Learn to speak Norfolk:

What a pity. Santander took over A&L who were ace with their telephone banking in the 80's and then had a perfectly good internet banking system. I changed to Nationwide for all my banking after 30 plus years with A&L due to the ineptitude of Santander. Regression indeed!0
