Comet auction foul play?

Companies such as Comet, sell thousands and thousands of items every week. I bet it is only a tiny percentage of people that have cause to complain.

Usually I would agree, bu this is Comet we're talking about!!

I had something go wrong with my order from Comet.While their general customer service was shocking (deleting tickets - which was rather pointless as a copy of it had been emailed to me so i had proof i had opened them), the service i received after that was fantastic.

They bent over backwards in the end and refunded me a % of the amount paid for my trouble.........so personally, I'd give them a huge thumbs up. Perhaps it should have been like that from the start but the outcome more than made up for it.

Just wait till the machine develops a fault...
