Comet auction foul play?

My mum is perfectly happy with her washing machine she purchased from Comet. Service was second to known, ordered, delivered, old appliance taken away and new one fitted without issue.
Always makes me laugh when people think that every purchase from companies such as Comet must be bad.
Companies such as Comet, sell thousands and thousands of items every week. I bet it is only a tiny percentage of people that have cause to complain.

But you can say that of any company, it's how they deal with the issues that counts. We expect things to be delivered, taken away, etc, we don't expect massive buck passing as mrstaypuff had
I had something go wrong with my order from Comet.While their general customer service was shocking (deleting tickets - which was rather pointless as a copy of it had been emailed to me so i had proof i had opened them), the service i received after that was fantastic.
They bent over backwards in the end and refunded me a % of the amount paid for my trouble.........so personally, I'd give them a huge thumbs up. Perhaps it should have been like that from the start but the outcome more than made up for it.You keep using that word.
