The multiple items might just be enough to raise a suggestion that you are in fact trading.
And the drop shipping from HK does more than raise a suggestion, as does the ebay details shown being a business account. (provided that this is indeed the OP, which judging by the recent feedback left for a game sold not long ago, certainly appears to be the case).0 -
That ebay seller is also a trading assistant.
OP if you are a business seller, then it's no wonder the buyer was peeved when you made a genuine mistake on a listing & expected them to be out of pocket for it.
If I made a mistake on a listing I would refund the return postage. You have to refund the initial postage they paid to you, best to do that before they open a dispute.0 -

"If" that is the OP, then as a business seller I would have thought they should know their obligations...<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0 -
As you rightly say steve.. reading the T&C's for that seller, they don't appear to have any idea about their legal obligations under the SOGA or the distance selling regulations, and if it is indeed the OP, I think that they should be just as worried about being reported to Trading Standards as well as HMRC.0

It may be a long shot, but I only quickly googled the user name and found links to various forum threads that all look somewhat related in interests, hobbies, location, holidays and more crucially, advice on JSA and disability allowances.
"If", and it is only an "if", the usernames are all used by the same person, then yes, I suppose I'd be getting stressed too.<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0 -
Private seller shipping stuff direct from China?
I do hope you keep records, if they really do contact them.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -

I'm an grand mal epileptic and one of the triggers for my epilepsy is stress.
I was so stressed out over the whole thing, I almost ended up having a seizure over the whole thing, but managed to calm down before doing so.0
