Virgin Mobile Contract 3G signal problems

I recently moved house for reasons beyond my control and I cannot get a 3g network in our house only 2g. Is this good enough cause for my contract to be cancelled or does it need to be a complete loss of signal. Surely if I pay for the internet allowance I should be able to use it, thanks. :)

Your house move is also beyond your providers control, so tough luck I'm afraid.

No as calling is the requirement, however if T-Mobile 2G breaks up (most of the time it does - why TMob invested high in 3G) then Virgin usaully dont have a problem but then they may tell you to roam to Orange (both 2G T & Orange on my iphone sucked as calls always dropped to T-M 2G even when FULL 3G was avail
SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe ;)

Simply use WiFi at home and 3g when out & about.
