Virgin Mobile Contract 3G signal problems

I recently moved house for reasons beyond my control and I cannot get a 3g network in our house only 2g. Is this good enough cause for my contract to be cancelled or does it need to be a complete loss of signal. Surely if I pay for the internet allowance I should be able to use it, thanks.

Your house move is also beyond your providers control, so tough luck I'm afraid.

No as calling is the requirement, however if T-Mobile 2G breaks up (most of the time it does - why TMob invested high in 3G) then Virgin usaully dont have a problem but then they may tell you to roam to Orange (both 2G T & Orange on my iphone sucked as calls always dropped to T-M 2G even when FULL 3G was avail

lol...Nice try...Technically you can use your internet allowance anyway albeit slower :P

Simply use WiFi at home and 3g when out & about.
