Replacement for sensation
Afternoon all,
Due to various faults I have had to send my sensation away for repair for the second time.
I have lost confidence in the handset and was wondering if anyone could suggest a replacement, bearing in mind I will need to sell the sensation to fund a swap and can't seem to find anywhere that will give me a decent price.

What was wrong with the phone?
The phoneis running really slow and randomly turns its self off.
The most I have been offered is about £120. Which isn't enough by a long way to replace the thing, and with 16 months of my contract still remaining im not sure on what to do.0 -
I would advise after you recieve your handset back from repair that you connect to your home wifi and download the latest software update. "Menu->Settings->About Phone->Software Updates" My friend had a lot of issues with the battery life etc, but after the update it worked fine.
Hope it helps you!0 -

Strange, have a look on XDA - It may be a known fault and if so they're the people that tend to know!
£155 here:

I would also suggest doing as samrw18 said. The ICS update is really good, and there's talk of Sense 4.0 coming, but I think the 3.6 update has the majority of things that are on 4.0.
Was the phone repaired or replaced last time? If so, it might be an app/software problem that is causing the issue as opposed to the phone/hardware itself.0 -
