Sorry - I couldn't be bothered to look in MailWasher to check the settings last night but now I can!
The return e-mail address is in the Tools>options>summary tab at the bottom of the page.
To restore an e-mail, you go to Tools>statistics, highlight the affected e-mail and click "restore e-mail" in the bottom right hand corner.
NB that I have MailWasher Pro 5.0 not the free version and I don't know if the menu options/features are the same in this regard.0
