Shopandsavetv.com ???

My dad recently came across these offers on tv and was intrigued by what they were selling so he went online to get more info. I am usually sceptical of things like this, and it seems too good to be true but i cant see any problems with it yet.. I was wondering if anyone else has had experience with them or if they know of any problems regarding the contracts?

You basically pay £49 for a basic phone and get 2 free gifts. The free gifts consist of different ipads and iphones or a 3d tv and you sign up for a 24 month contract of between £20-£36.

Im not allowed to post a link so the website to check the smallprint or offers is shop and save tv . com with no spaces.

I know nothing about it, but I do know that if something seems too good to be true, then it,s usually a scam or at best misleading

I'd be a bit wary myself. A quick check shows that the shopandsavetv.com domain was only registered on the 5th March 2012

Even if legit, those deals look a bit naff really.

For example, the first "deal" shows a picture of a Samsung Galaxy S2, but actually mentions a Galaxy Europa in the listing...

And that the "free iPad" is graded - so probably second hand.

And that they mention a tariff with "free T-Mobile to T-Mobile calls" on a handset that says it's on Vodafone.

And the numerous other mistakes like the "Apple iPad 3 16 KG" (really that heavy, or do they mean GB?)... or that "We use repuitable courier companies" (no, not "reputable" - they use "repuitable" ones).

Or that the address on their site is the same as about 10 other companies...

I noticed also your taking to sim only deals
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
