I dont see it being the card companies fault, it was the bike company who made extra withdrawals, I should have mentioned that they made the extra withdrawals under a different company name but is same company.
I don't wish to be pessimistic, but after reading "extra withdrawals under a different company name", I'm concerned. Have you fully read the terms and conditions?
