pre-loaded sim won't send text
Hi there, don't know if this is ok to post here, but am after some advice. My daughter is in a text vote competition, and I bought a load of virgin payg sims, pre-load with £5. They definitely have the credit on them, but out of 50, i have 10 that just won't send the text. Does anyone have any ideas? I'm using a very basic virgin phone, buthave tried in an unlocked phone as well. I'm baffled! Thank you for reading.
