pay as you go Orange sim for holidays
Hi All,I am not very technical with mobiles and have decided to take an old Orange phone we have on holidays to the Caribean & Europe,we will need a sim,anyone advise if their are any deals for odd calls and texts on PAYG sim which would be ok for us to purchase

Get a local SIM card in the country you're visiting. Using a foreign (UK) SIM card will be prohibitively expensive except for receiving texts.0

Also, I wouldn't say that it is prohibitively expensive in EU "for odd calls and texts". It is 36p/min to make a call and 11p/min to receive. £5 bundle gives you 30 minutes of outgoing calls at 17p/min.
Caribbean will be much more expensive though.0 -
