Cheapest PAYG sim to activate (minimum top up)?
Hey,
I need a sim card primarily for receiving calls for a couple of months.
It looks like most PAYG sims need £10 top up to activate... (e.g. giffgaff)
Are there any sims that can be activated with a top up of less than £5? I don't plan on really spending the credit, just receiving calls

To activate an Orange, Vodafone, Three or O2 SIM, you don't need to top up at all.0

Tesco Mobile (uses O2 network) can be activated without adding credit. Did one this week.0
