O2 wallet trouble ( please help)

Hi all I wonder if you can help me
yesterday I had my O2 Wallet account blocked now I can not use my o2 wallet account . I can not get my account unblocked untill I send them some ID by post. this is a perpaid account and I don't understand why they have told me to send some ID by post just so I can get my account unblock . if you can help me on this one it would be much appreciated. thanks

Do you want to understand or to get the account unblocked? If the latter, just send the copies they ask.

A prepaid account can be used for money laundering as easily as a credit one.

Sounds as if they've detected something fishy connected with the acc and now they need to know that you are really you (if you follow).

Its a standard procedure for anything fraud related to ask for proof of ID to be sent through. Just make sure you send the items that they've requested, not every bill/statement ect is an acceptable from of proof. If you send the wrong thing it'll just take that much longer to get the acc back up and running again. . .
