Selling Tesco vouchers is prohibited under their terms and conditions.
You must provide your clubcard when redeeming vouchers otherwise Tesco have the right to refuse to take them.

That's what I thought #12, but it doesn't stop people selling them. That's obviously why the seller does what #11 stated in their post.
    - and no I (personally) wouldn't buy OR sell them on ebay.
Thank you to everyone who posts comps! :A

  • I've sold mine before and it was relatively trouble free - I had several questions about my redeeming them for goldsmiths or MFI and I clearly stated on the auction that converting the vouchers into deals was at the buyers risk.

Funnily enough we are awaiting delivery of some wardrobes which I bought in the Jan sales - I had already converted some vouchers into MFI tokens when we went to buy and the SA was quite funny about it -he said that they rarely check the name on the vouchers and that most of their sales after Xmas had been funded by Tesco!

How are Tesco's going to know that you didn't spend them in the store but sent them to someone else who did? There are lots of reasons for someone to have clubcards vouchers with different names on and noone asks for your passport to make sure your name and that on the vouchers match do they? If they did I would just say they were my partners and he had given me them to spend!
