Link cashback query on 3

Got the Nokia 6680 deal from the link last March works out 10 months free.
Gave my 30 notice in to 3, 2 days before 12th bill due, because of this I just found out they will not be sending the 12th Statement in February but will send it at the end of the contract in March.
Link require "copy of 10th and 12 month airtime bill" will they still pay up if the two bill are 3 months apart instead of 2?
Do retailers like the link actually check with 3 the details on the bill, not that I'm suggesting scanning in my 11th bill and photoshop!
Have tried to phone the link but keep getting cut off as the queue is too long

I gave notice after receiving the 12th bill, 12th bill actually came 11 months and 7 days after connection.

I would email them. I've always gotten a reply within a few days and then you have at least written proof if it goes Pete Tong.

The Link are always slow to pay, but are always reliable provided you have sent the details correctly and if you haven't, they respond virtually immediately and give you an extra 30 days from their response time anyway.
