I Just had an Orange bill in for £670!!
We were in Morocco and used the iphone on the hotel apparantl FREE wifi, it was in airplane mode with the wifi set to on so I cant understand the charge.
Nearly all the bill is from data. Can anyone give any advice or had a similar problem?

Thanks Grumbler, sorry I shouldn't have searched more.
Good news! I have just had a chat with a guy called Alex in their billing team, it's basically app updates that rushed to the phone over network when I briefly turned it on the make a call home. Orange have refunded me over all but £60 of the charge, with that £60 going on a 50mb data bundle.
Huge Thanks to Alex at Orange for being so helpful as I was so worried about this bill.The important thing is not so much that every child should be taught, as that every child should be given the wish to learn.

Just wanted to update, I think Orange have been fantastic so credit where its due.
They have credited all but £62 which has been charged for a data plan to cover the 42mb I used. WOW!! So happy!!!The important thing is not so much that every child should be taught, as that every child should be given the wish to learn.
