Well we've done it...deposit saved and mortgage application submitted this morning. Our mortgage advisor is faxing all our documents over to the building society today and we've paid the application fee.
How long does it usually take for the lender to instruct the valuation? If they do instruct a valuation is that a good sign? (the valuation is free, provided by the lender).
This weekend is gonna be a loooooooooong weekend

So if Leeds have given an AIP (they did a full credit search which left a table 1 footprint) and then instruct the survey can we safely assume we've got the mortgage?0 -
Pretty much. IIRC you have been planning this out and doing your best to ensure all is correct. I think you've approached this in a manner far more appropriate than some of the 'chancers' I've seen on here since I started frequenting......
