How can I escape from three mobile

I wanted to disconnected from three mobile, so that please advice me if you can. Once I finished my 18 months contract I sent a letter as well as an email requesting to cancel my account on 9th of January, after 30 days. Later they acknowledged the letter and some reason agreed to cancel only on 16th of Feb. Though it is bit late, as I do not wanted to waste further time I agreed it. Meantime I have contacted their customer service and requested for the pack code, that I wanted to use for my new mobile. By the time I requested it the customer service agent told me that if I wanted the pack code, they need another 30 days. I was not happy with that condition and clearly told him, I am not going to agree with it. After a heated argument I disconnected the phone, by thinking if that is the case I don't want the pack code. Soon the agent, named Peter phoned back in mobile and left a message that after consulting with his manager, he decided to give me the pack code without the further notice period. He was clearly mentioned as a special case he is allowing it. Therefore I collected the pack code.
When I found I am still connected I phoned 17th of February and I have been told by one of their customer agent that I will be disconnected only after one month from request of pack code. As it was clearly different from the information I have got from Peter I am so furious and sent an official complaint to them on 17th of February by email requesting to disconnect me soon. In that mail I also requested to sent me the bill for the month ending on 5th of February for the cash back claim with dial-a-phone. Later I got a call from one of their customer service agent and told me that they can’t disconnect until the 30 days of issuing the pack code. She was unaware about the bill and denied to discuss anything about it. On 22nd of February I send another email requesting to send me the Jan 6- Feb 5 bill as the time is expiring to submit the cash back claim. As the reply to those mail I got an annoying call from another agent today (26th February) and she suggested me to give five pounds for that bill! I felt that request is most insulting and arrogant especially I am in the middle of trouble with their service. Then I sent an email repeating my demands and a polite request to not call me again as I am totally annoyed by their calls. Unfortunately still I am connected with them, even after the pac code is expired. I have cancelled my direct debit. I haven’t got a bill after the one I got in January. I strongly believe I don’t need to take any action. Also I believe I am eligible for the compensation of £63.09, that should have been got from dial-a-phone cash back. I have sent an official complaint last week demanding the money abck and cancelling the account. I haven’t heard anything from them and still I am connected. I wonder it will affect my credit score. Have anyone got an idea to advice me.
