Hi Folks

Quick question!

If a vodaphone direct debit fails the first time it's claimed does it get automatically reclaimed or does it require a manual payment?

I think no DD gets automatically reclaimed until the next month. If you wait, the missed payment is very likely to get reported to the CRA.

Hi Tori Bellatrix,

If the Direct Debit fails, we would try to take it again within seven days.

If it's cancelled, we would require a manual payment.

yeah what heidi said you can check if the dd is still running on your account via n https://www.vodafone.co.uk/myaccount if not then you can make payment there and reset dd back up without having to chat to customer services.
