I have an ISA coming to full term on , for example, 31st October this year with Bank A.
If I have already used this year's allowance with Bank B, am I free to transfer Bank A's ISA balance to Bank C-Z (or even
?
Basically, can you just open an ISA with a new provider ONLY with a balance from another provider?
TIA

It's "old money" and not related to this years allowance, so you can do what you like with it.Basically, can you just open an ISA with a new provider ONLY with a balance from another provider?
Yes - although you open it empty first and then send in the transfer form.0 -
