Are going to be responsible for me going insane this morning!
I rang them 2 hours ago and said i would like to cancel my monthly rolling contract i have with them for my MiFi device.
they said ok and said please hold for the cancellation team.....and my call never made it through....
So i rang again and the exact same thing happened...
So i rang a third time and told them what had happened and the guy said ill make sure you get through...I did and after 20 mins of the cancellation guy trying to sell me stuff and me saying No....he said please hold and cut me off!
I am slowly losing my mind. They seem to think cutting you off will make you want to remain a customer!
Anyone else had the same problem?

Or ring up and say loudly NO I do not want anything, just take my notice to cancel.
Though might be worth just asking for complaints department on phone - think they are UK based.0 -
You just have to persevere with them unfortunately - took me a while to get a PAC code out of them a few months ago, just be firm.0

Post on blog.three.co.uk just pick any randon topic. Eventually a mod will offer to help to stop any more negative posts which potential customers might see.0
