funny how you attempt to hijack a thread about lloyds lying to a customer they firstly ripped off now that they didnt have ppi when they did
Where does the OP say that they actually had it? The OP has a schedule but has not indicated any record of ever paying it.
Also, the OP complained to Lloyds but it looks like, if it exists, that it is a C&G arranged product. If this wasnt mentioned to Lloyds they wouldnt know. Also, MPPI is normally a standalone product. The mortgage docs may make no reference to it at all. So, the bank may need some help in identifying it. Hence showing the monthly direct debit going out.the lying and mis-selling has been done by banks, you admit you make a living from defending claims
And you work in the claims industry that is putting in fraudulent complaints to such a level that 1 in 2 is now fraudulent.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). It flatly disagrees with what your regulator, the Ministry of Justice has published. So one or other of you is telling lies.

I am sharing the information published by your regulator, the Ministry of Justice.
I believe Client Specific Rule 12 of the Conduct of Authorised Persons Rules 2007, issued by your regulator, the Ministry of Justice says "Where a claim is one that falls within the province of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority, the Financial Ombudsman Service, the Housing Ombudsman Service or any other recognised dispute resolution procedure, the business must not suggest that a claimant will have a more favourable outcome if he uses the services of the business."
Perhaps others would care to click on the link and check if I am correct in thinking that it says that you are not allowed to suggest, as you have many times, that you can achieve a more favourable outcome than those who do not use your services.
The only concern I have is that consumers will fall for your lies.
It is tedious having to constantly expose them as such.0 -

has it occured to you Lloyds could be telling the truth? this would have been a monthly policy and could have been cancelled from the outset. The OP has said nothing about paying premiums etc.0 -

Musz2bee, can you let us know if you actually paid any premiums? They would have been on your current account.

i see the bank representatives are here again to make excuses up for the banks while calling members of the general public fraudsters , they'll be tucked up in bed with their trouser press's hard at work and cufflinks at the ready for another day at work, watch these ifa and bank reps on here folks, they make a living by skimming of us all0

DunstonH says he is an INDEPENDENT Financial Adviser in his signature.
Mine says I work for INDEPENDENT Financial Advisers and Mortgage Brokers.
Is INDEPENDENT too big a word for you to understand?while calling members of the general public fraudsters

My husband will be going to Lloyds bank on Friday to ask if he can access his account to see if payment for a MPPI was taken on the 27 March 2003 for £30.
If this was taken from his current account, then Lloyds have'nt got a leg to stand on.
I personally think because the claim is worth a lot of money, Lloyds dont want to pay out.
As my husband had a genuine pre existing medical condition, they should not have sold him the insurance as it wouldn't have covered him.
He can prove the existing medical condition through his doctors to prove he is NOT making a false claim!!
Shame on Lloyds anyway for trying to get out of paying back customers what is rightfully theirs.0
