That's great snapples. I have sent him a letter before action ( probably didn't do a very good job though) and got email saying I would get refund this week. Fingers crossed!!
If I don't get refund, can you please advise me as to what to put in a further letter.

I have now received a full refund from {Edited by Forum team}, maybe the Letter Before Legal Action and the 14 deadline worked....

I don't think that County Court Action would be suitable.
The only advice I can give would to have a chat or email Citizens Advice Consumer Helpline
I would 100% make a complaint to Trading Standards it would be better if you contacted Solihull Trading Standards as they are closer to the Laing Empire0 -
