@ paymonthlystore -Thank you for your post and information

I have received another reply from {Edited by Forum team} this morning...."your refund is already being processed on the 21st and will be in your account within 5 days after that".

I do not believe him for 1 minute and I will proceed with a formal letter of action giving him 14 days to comply and then it's off to the county courts, however I will be today reporting {Edited by Forum team} to Solihull trading standards.
  • Sophie, if you go ahead with a claim through the small courts and you need help on your particulars of your claim, let me know as a trainee solicitor friend of mine has drawn one up.

I am also waiting a refund that was due in today.
I notice {Edited by Forum team}'s details have been removed from paymonthlystore and their post has disappeared.
If anyone has these details, can you PM them to me please as I need to send him a letter before court action.

    Many thanks

My payment was due today, I have just emailed {Edited by Forum team} asking where my refund is and his reply is as follows .....

"this payment is leaving on the BACs run tonight for you as promised, please allow 3 working days for it to clear your account"
  • I will email him too, get the same reply and no refund. Surprise surprise there I guess.
Good luck with your refund snapples, but think you will be waiting forever like me

    Hi Snapples!

Thanx for that! Will keep you in mind. Spoke to Solihull Trading Standards the other day, they advised me to draw up a letter giving him 14 days notice etc etc. They did mention that the name {Edited by Forum team} rang a bell....surprise surprise.

I have recieved a partial refund from {Edited by Forum team} a few days ago, he still owes me around £60.00. Have informed him of this, and he is supoosed to be rfunding me the remainder in the next 7 days. Won't hold my breath.

I have now received a full refund from {Edited by Forum team}, maybe the Letter Before Legal Action and the 14 deadline worked....

If anyone needs help with a Letter Before Action or the Particulars of a Claim for County Court Action, then do not hesitate to contact me.
  • That's great snapples. I have sent him a letter before action ( probably didn't do a very good job though) and got email saying I would get refund this week. Fingers crossed!!
If I don't get refund, can you please advise me as to what to put in a further letter.
Many thanks and well done on getting a refund.
