I deffo think this is a scam. Ive fallen foul of them twice, like an idiot, first time I got my money back. Second im still awaiting. I dont think its a legit business, the address is a mail box only, and the guy only responds in an afternoon and he seems to have US holidays.

im currently in a battle with them trying to get them to deliver my ipad which i ordered on the 27th of april its now the 21st of june and theyve actually faked 2 deliveries, they even offered me a refund after i demanded it but said theyve had issues with their apparent delivery team,which like an idiot i had sympathy for them and said id wait. {Edited by Forum team} even had the audacity to palm me off to some '{Edited by Forum team}' guy who wasnt any better than he was! their order process is absurd, strange that there arent any reviews of this company online,the traffic to the website is beyond minimal,ive done a lot of research and only come up with his twitter account - '{Edited by Forum team}' so if you ever see that name RUN FOR COVER!!0 -

I can totally understand your doubts but I would like to put your mind at rest.
This company does stay true to their word.i received my iPad about an hour ago and I'm over the moon!
They were experiencing problems with their delivery company.
Do have faith in them!

Hi wow you got yours I was due to get mine today after first ordering in may and it was all due this morning but suddenly yesterday this christ I've been talking with a {Edited by Forum team} suddenly says he's canceled my order and my refund would b in Monday now last time my refund took 5 days now it's suddenly this quick. I don't understand y u got urs and I got messed about0

Hi ... ordered my new iPad on 4th July and up to know everything has gone very smoothly, every time a asked asked a question I always received a prompt reply from {Edited by Forum team}. Being excited about receiving my iPad I've purchased some nice accessories, cases and screen protectors.
Today 26th July is my scheduled delivery date and guess what? NO DELIVERY!!! I have sent a message to {Edited by Forum team} asking is my delivery still scheduled for today and the usual very prompt replying {Edited by Forum team} is not so efficient today.. I wonder why!!!
I have checked out their company registration number and they trade from the following offices. Also note the offices are ran by Regus Office Solutions who supply virtual office space.

Does anyone have any advice on what can be done to recoup deposits from these crooks? I paid £330 in April as a deposit for a sofa suite which never came. I have dealt with {Edited by Forum team} and then {Edited by Forum team} who now says its been sold on again and I will receive my refund on the 1st of August...which hasn't happened. They have been very clever, very polite and with repeated promises , none of which have been met.
Is this a police issue? Ombudsman? Anyone with any advice?0 -

I received an email from {Edited by Forum team} on 5th September and he states that all All refunds will be complete by 21st September and that he is very sorry for the delay.
I have been doing a bit of research on this guy and this is his latest business venture chriseo.co.uk
Make no mistake if no payment has been made I will contact trading standards and I will start proceedings through the small claims court.0 -

I have been chasing {Edited by Forum team} for over a month now for a Refund of an Ipad 2 that never materialised. All refunds should of been completed by the 10th August!!!
Everytime i message him about my refund, he uses "Put Off" tactics all the time. My refund should of been in my Account 2 weeks ago, and i am still chasing him for it. Now he's telling me to check my Bank Account on Monday 17th September.
Total pain he is. I have just threatend him with Fair Trading Standards and taking him through the Small Claims Court, whether this will do anything, i don't know.
Just be aware of this guy.
Hopefully this will be resolved, but i won't hold my breath. Avoid this guy at all costs.0 -
Hi Sophie09, I have been told my him that all refunds will be completed before 21st September, but i'm not optimistic!
I have sent him an email today clearly stating that I will commence with court action within 7 days if I haven't received my refund and that I will contact trading standards.
