Hurst's appear to be coming out of this very badly.

Ive bought over 50 cars. 17 for myself and the rest for other people. You will get bad and good stories for virtually every dealer.
From my experience I would avoid Hursts. . Ive looked at loads there and very rarely bought anything rom them, nearly every one has had multiple scratches on it and hasnt been well prepared (swirl marks on the paint work, dirty interiors). Having said that if your buying a car less than 3 years old then its still under manufactures warranty so you dont have to have any dealings with the actual dealer you bought the car from.

If im being honest i rarely have what i would call a 'good experience' buying a car except from Prentice cars (bmw) in portadown. They have bent over backwards to assist in the past and gave me a voucher when i complained.
