my order is coming tonight also but money has gone out of bank and been charged just over £20 more than it should of been guide price was £28.** and charged £52.** did have other items not just chocolate...

Have you checked your bank to see if payment has gone out my payment has and delivery is not until between 7-8pm

I cant seem to log in to online banking and cant get out as baby is asleep. Its just worrying that everyone who has had a delivery hasn't got back to us to let us know the outcome.

Oh well if it turns up and its to much them it will be returned.

Well my order for 10 packs of Mars, 10 packs of Snickers and 20 packs of Galaxy....(I was trying to justify the delivery charge of £4.50) came this morning..............as substitutions. In place of 40 packs of chocolate, they gave me 1 pack of Tescos version of Mars, 2 packs of Tescos version of Snickers and 1 pack of milk chocolate...........charding me £4.60 for the 4 packs of chocolate plus the £4.50 delivery!!!!!! Needless to say driver was sent on his merry way with what he'd brought and CS were called to refund the delivery charge on the basis that 4 packs of chocolate charged at their full price is not really a substitution for 40 packs of chocolate at 24p a pack!

I had my delivery and guess what.... it all came except the chocolate. I am fuming because I have paid £3.50 delivery.

Thanks OP, but just to let everyone know, the SEL said 24p so probably not a glitch which is a good thing as if it's not a glitch they can't fix it
