I just wanted to make as many people as I could aware of this company:
Balloonhelium.co.uk
They are part of Bonza balloon network
Our charity run preschool placed an order with them costing just over £60. Which is a lot for us considering it's the children and parents that raise the money!
The order they sent was incorrect and they refuse to accept responsibility and will not resend the correctly printed product or alternatively give us a refund!
I'm fuming and I think it's disgusting that companies like this exist, I have spoken to numerous people from the company over the phone and I've been given false information to try and get rid of me. When it concerns a charity I think companies like this need slating!
PLEASE DON'T USE THEM! Please let as many people know as you can. Thank you x:mad:
REPLY ON BEHALF OF BONZA BALLOONS
We are proud to serve hundreds of charities and small organisations, as well as our bigger customers and we do all we can to ensure we provide the best possible service and discount for registered charities. We set out every custom printed balloon order on an invoice for approval by the customer, so that it can be checked and signed off by them ahead of the custom printing.
In this particular case, although the customer approved the design, when delivered, it was not what they were wanting. We did explain that ordinarily as the customer approved the print, anything we would do would be as a gesture of goodwill and above and beyond our terms. This unfortunately led to the customer terminating the call before we had a chance to resolve the issue, which is when we assume this review was written.
This post is not a true representation of us as a business or the positive service she received, as the customer was subsequently offered a complete reprint or a 50% refund for the balloons that we had already printed as a gesture of goodwill. The customer accepted a full reprint and had infact already used some of the balloons from the original print job - which we did not charge for.

One upset customer does not make a bad business...
Besides, if they are custom-printed balloons, they will fall outside the scope of the Distance Selling Regulations.<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0 -
Hi
Since you have not asked for any Consumer Rights help I'll move this post across to our Vents & Warnings board.Forum_Team wrote:
