I got a photo frame (£19.95) in Bristol today, no problems using the voucher at all.

There were a load of us all using vouchers at the same time, assistant asked where I got it so I said from here. Explained I'd never even heard of them before and he seemed pretty happy with that, said he hoped I'd become a regular!

I'm not going to be a regular at those prices though! :rotfl:
Excuse any mis-spelt replies, there's probably a cat sat on the keyboard

Clear your cookies and use another email address. The voucher has nothing personal on it so you could use another address and get away with it.

If you are going to do this, be aware that the CSA who took my voucher when I paid for my Reclining Buddha butter dish asked my for my name and postcode and to confirm my address, which I was happy to do....save yourself some embarrassment if you really want more than one voucher, although personally I couldn't find much that I would want for £20 and under, and I wouldn't normally spend £19.95 on a butter dish! Did pick up a competition entry card as well to "win a room up to £1000"....

went yesterday to kingston branch and the sale assistant was really rude she said the code is not working  i am sure its the right code as i checked it many times before going and checked it again when i got back to home, she was unhelpful and said: i can't give you a stuff for free!!!
I am not stealing their store, this is a code issued by them so why they don't honor their offers, if they don't want to give people free stuff so put a minimum spend on the vouchers. I am really disappointed, this was the first time i go to Dwell and will be the last time as well.
I would take this up with K-u-T Trading Standards Dept.
