I am going to go to the MK store when I get a chance, I will report back what the store staff are like there... If they are rude in anyway I will put in a complaint against them. That is not professional and is just plain rude!!

Never got that sort of treatment at Debenhams when they had the £5 no min spend vouchers a couple of xmases ago. You just wouldnt expect it in a customer service/retail industry.

Which store was this if you don't mind me asking amz735? I am thinking of going to the one in Milton Keynes. Printed off the voucher a few days ago but still deciding whether to try and use it or not (don't want to spend much over £20) and it's this kind of behaviour that puts me off. I love the stuff in Dwell and have bought one or two things from there in the past but not since giving up work to be a full time mum. It would be really nice to treat myself to something. :)

It was the one in Westfield Stratford ..i was shocked when i heard it..So unprofessional..i didnt expect it from a store like dwell..oh well Good luck at Milton Keynes :)

I got the dog door stop too. There was not much for less than £20.

I'm heading there today. I may just have to ponder as to why they're giving away £20 worth of stufff out loud to the sales assistants in they're in any way rude to me.. perhaps they're going into liquidation and are trying to get rid of stock quickly!!

Perhaps that'll wipe the smirks off their faces of course i'll be ever so nice and sweet about it!!

went yesterday to kingston branch and the sale assistant was really rude she said the code is not working  i am sure its the right code as i checked it many times before going and checked it again when i got back to home, she was unhelpful and said: i can't give you a stuff for free!!!
I am not stealing their store, this is a code issued by them so why they don't honor their offers, if they don't want to give people free stuff so put a minimum spend on the vouchers. I am really disappointed, this was the first time i go to Dwell and will be the last time as well.
